Service terms for Total Property Care.
Total Property Care provides handyman, carpentry, property maintenance, and project management services in Horndean and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. All services are subject to availability and a prior assessment or quotation.
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are for labour only unless materials are explicitly included. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, a deposit may be required with staged payments agreed in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out charge.
Total Property Care is fully insured for public liability. We take every care to complete work to a high standard, but we are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from materials supplied by the customer.
Where specialist work is required (e.g. full electrical installations), we may use trusted subcontractors. All subcontractors are fully qualified and insured for their respective trades.
